A rental cat trap is available for the spay/neuter of feral cats.  A $50 payment up front is required.  Upon return of the trap (with cat inside) in undamaged condition there is a $25 credit toward the spay/neuter procedure.  You must also bring a separate carrier of your own to take the cat home in.  Please call to inquire about availability.
